Great Sensory Toy! | Autism PDD

I just bought this for little B for her birthday...she loves it. It is called Rody Ride on Pony..it's like a cross between a therapy ball and a trampoline. She bounces forever and loves it! Even though it says ages 2-4, my 7 and 9 year olds got on and had no problems(of course their legs were a little long)! It is made of super thick plastic so it seems extremely durable. I love it!!! so cute too... Did you have to order it off line or did you get it at a store??? We have a Rody too!!! Our dd LOVES it! It's great when we're busy & can't bounce her on the ball, plus it gives her more of a workout. Yes, my 6 year old loves it as well.

Joyce--we were able to find ours at a local toy shop. Another place I've seen them is Learning Express (online & stores scattered throughout U.S.). I saw them in our therapy catalogs & when I saw a purple one in the store, it had dd's name all over it!

just a note, though--if your dd or ds has balance issues like mine, I'd spring
for the base,too! Jasper regularly falls off these things as he is happily
boucing away.
